Rancho Santa Fe Blvd Paving Improvement Project

Beginning at 9 p.m., Sunday, June 2, 2013, Rancho Santa Fe Boulevard will be temporarily closed on the east side of Dysart Road to remove, reconstruct and replace the asphalt pavement. In addition, northbound Dysart Road traffic will not be allowed to turn right onto Rancho Santa Fe Boulevard.

Access to businesses will be provided via McDowell Road to southbound Rancho Santa Fe Boulevard. The roadway will reopen by 5 a.m., Tuesday, June 4, 2013. After the reconstruction section is complete, Rancho Santa Fe Boulevard will be open for traffic during the mill and overlay phase with some restrictions.

SW Valley Freeway Construction

          Loop 303 / I-10 Interchange
  • New I-10 Ramps at Citrus Road are now open.
  • Portions of Loop 303 and Cotton Lane will be closed through Fall 2014.
  • Two additional I-10 ramps were opened in July at Sarival Avenue, providing an eastbound on-ramp and westbound off-ramp. The new on-and-off ramps at Sarival Avenue and Citrus Road will set the stage for the permanent closing of the I-10 on-and-off-ramps at Cotton Lane and the partial closure of Cotton Lane (now closed) and Loop 303 (closing in early September) through Fall 2014. The closure will allow crews to continue work on the Loop 303/I-10 interchange.
  • Cotton Lane, between McDowell and Thomas Roads, is now open.  Loop 303 traffic south of Thomas Road is now detoured for freeway expansion work.

Other Projects - Surface Streets
  • Dysart Road Left Turn Lane Improvements - This Project has been completed and all lane restrictions have been removed.
