Avondale Legislative Link (ALL) not only keeps residents up to date on issues impacting their local community, it also provides citizens a way to actively engage themselves in the state law-making process.

This highly interactive and informative program will cover the following topics:

• How the Arizona State Legislature works

• Who represents Avondale at the State Legislature

• How a bill becomes a law

• How to track neighborhood issues being discussed at the State Legislature

• How to become more informed and engaged in the State Legislative Process

The Legislative Link program not only keeps residents up to date on issues impacting their local community, it also provides citizens a way to actively engage themselves in the state law-making process.

Connect 

The first program session will offered in conjunction with City Hall Comes To You in February 2013. 
Future sessions will include a visit to the State Capitol, and meeting the state representatives at the legislature.

Citizens who register for the program will receive timely e-mail updates and alerts from the city when local issues are being discussed at the State Capitol.
