MOTION TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION - A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (4)

Council Member Lynch moved to hold an executive session to receive advice from the City Attorney regarding Crystal Gardens litigation.  Council Member Shuey seconded the motion.  Motion carried unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the Council, Mayor Drake moved to adjourn.

Council Member Jones seconded the motion.  Motion carried unanimously.
